To show that BofA is a trusted and knowledgeable financial partner, we developed a new approach on social platforms that made the complicated accessible, by combining eye-catching data visualization with factual, timely, reality-based stats and figures. We transformed their feed, shifting the focus from product/brand posts to visually-appealing content that actually provided value to consumers. And the results agreed.
