Walmart Holiday

Joy. Fully.

Walmart decided to take their holiday campaign in-house, until they regretted doing so. With an extremely shortened deadline, they handed it back over, and I became responsible for leading 11 teams to deliver almost 900 digital and social assets over 8 weeks. It was wild, and my calendar view—even more wild. Our team was incredible, and we’re still recovering 4 years later.
